I had a broken tube for CPAP and ordered a new hose. I was told it would take 10 business days to get it. After 3 weeks, I called and it hadn't been ordered. I asked them to cancel and called my doctor for a referral to another medical supply company. I went to Desloge. They were very clean and very professional. I got the hose the same day I ordered it. Barnes billed me for the equipment and sent it anyway.
Barnes is unclean, disorganized and poorly managed.
