Horrific service! No one knows what the other is doing! They bill for supplies that the customer never receives. Good luck getting any supplies from them! Can we say…insurance fraud! When calling them they have excuse after excuse for not doing their jobs! I received a bill from them, the next day received a refund for the same amount, the third day I then received the same bill again! No one knew why and no one could give me an answer as to if I owed them money or not. I cannot believe that any business can be run this poorly…but here we are!! Save your time and energy and go with another company!!

outstanding. They have often offered additional services and options I was unaware were available.
