My Overall result and experience have been amazing and Sonia is awesome on what she does. I started here with my skin not looking the best, but she helped me get a clear skin and I am happy with my result.

I had three procedures in one day, Subcision scar removal, Profound Laser and Fraxel Laser. The Doctor along with all the staff were incredible and took time to make me understand fully the procedures and the risks and benefits, the recovery times, what to expect during recovery and tips for having a good recovery. They were all incredibly professional during the procedure and I felt in great hands.

Everyone was really professional and kind. I called many times to ask questions and to follow up with my healing and everyone was very responsive, patient and super accommodating. Very happy with my results!!! Cannot believe I waited this long to get this procedure done, better now than never.

This review is specific for Doctor Ammar Mahmoud, Allison Butera and Katilyn in the Lake Success office. No words can comfort a woman that finds out she has medical problems, but this team comes as close as it can get to comforting and supporting women facing serious health issues.

Allison -aka Awesome Allison- as I now refer to her was available for any documents, question and medical information I needed day and night. She responded always within minutes, sometimes in seconds even on her a day off she should respond. When it came to surgery, she took care of everything, including insuring I had my own room to recover in the hospital, to dealing with my insurance company and all the other people you need to deal with when dealing with surgery. I feel like I made a friend or at least a pen-pal after we have exchange 100s of messages.... she still was happy to help every time and for that I felt moved and humbled!

Doctor Ammar Mahmoud -aka Doctor M-. was my first male doctor, but by far my most compassionate doctor ever. I would come with 100 questions and he would answer them all and even researched the ones he was not sure of. Then when it came to surgery he was with me every step of the way (ex. I arrived at the hospital early and they wanted to prep me and he told them no, not until he arrived and was there to oversee everything). He even called my dad to let him know I was ok, came to check on me during the weekend and had a team of resident doctors tending to my every need during my 3 days in the hospital). I had tricky surgical issues and he went out of his way to call in a specialist, which was just as awesome, Dr. McLatchy.

Doctor McLatchy ;-)! Her awesomeness has no bounds, when I had my first check-up even though she does not work for Garden, she came out her home at 8pm to see me and to check on my recovery. I was so happy and shocked I hugged her for like 5 minutes. She also came to check on me everyday,while at the hospital and she is a specialist so tons of people want her time. I laugh now when I think of her writing out my medication pattern on paper to make sure I understood everything. God! Could not have put me in better hands with the two of them. I could have lost everything, but instead they saved everything and stood by me every step of the way.

Katilyn -aka the Boss-, made my experience in the office at Lake Success always a delight. We cracked jokes and laughed for my entire doctor visit. She would run around making mountains move so that I could get seen and all the help I need.

I can't speak for all of Garden, but this team of 4 is exceptional and can not be undercut by many. They care and do everything they do because the care and that matters when you are deal with real human problems! Thank you Doc M, Awesome and the Boss ;-) and of course Doc McLatchy aka the Specialist or MVP when in a surgical bind!!!
