Dr Higgens is the best Dr we have been to. He was very nice and funny. He made us feel very comfortable in a horrible scary situation we were going through when my husband had to have his toe amputated due to diabetes complications. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He is straight forward and tells you how it is and is very caring while doing so.
