Frustrated,

I have left reviews on Biz before about the unprofessionalism of Dr Albright, my review not is on the BA staff. I have been bringing my mother in for several years, and how the BA staff has just lost all work ethics over the years, I am a Manager where I work, and actually use your facility how not to treat people and proper management. I have asked the ladies if there is a manager while my mother is seeing the Doctor, but they are not managed. There is gossip, unprofessionalism (themselves, actually lead by example), bad language, and complete disrespect for each other. My mother is loyal and been coming here for years, but you all have given me complete satisfaction that when or if I come into issues with my feet or accident happens to go elsewhere or out of town, complete disgrace how they treat each other and the mouth on that Albright. He hasn't done anything wrong with my mother, because I am there with her every time, but it is almost tempting to contact people and the care and labor issues present in your BA facilities.
