My brother is a diabetic with foot problems. He had an appointment at the Hixson Advanced Foot Care Center on 05/01/2020. Upon arrival the receptionist told his caregiver "we cancelled your appointment due to an emergency surgery". "Our staff notified you". The receptionist was rude. The caregiver explained there wasn't any notification received but the receptionist insisted there was and my brother was turned away who lives about 45 miles away. The patient has been seen approximately three times at this location, each time the entire staff has been very rude (except for the podiatrists, who are always nice). This is my first time ever posting any kind of review but thought it was necessary. When you pull up the Hixson location reviews, I find it quiet strange that every patient review dates back 5 years ago. Very strange; I suggest you post some recent reviews. Maybe you can prepare and help brace any new, upcoming patients as to what kind of experience they may encounter.
