Based on my experience with this podiatrist, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. This provider asked me questions and seemed interested in my thoughts and concerns. However, ambiance and environment are important but Dr. Loo misdiagnosing my wife's foot as ligament (which in reality was diagnosed by an orthopedic surgeon as 3 stress fractures) added to the length of recovery time and pain. He still made us pay a lot of money for this diagnosis and we were never granted a refund for our money spent. Actually, he told my wife to return in two weeks for another injection if she wasn't feeling better. Ha, that would have only prolonged her walking on a fractured foot. He may have meant well but I believe ethically when one makes a mistake they should contact the patient and refund the money. His billing department was uncooperative and only threatened collection agency. So, I paid and now I'm writing.
