I believe this "dr" is a scammer. I went to him in January 2014 and here it is June 2014 and the Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance company has still not decided on the claim. I have never had a problem or delay with a claim before. I think it is because they know he is a scammer. I knew something was wrong when I was there for my visit because he barely touched my feet. I had a lot of pain and I don't think he understood exactly where the pain was on my foot. I got the impression from the 2 girls who work up front that he does the same procedure for all patients - he'll x ray your feet and do a mold. After the appointment, he told me the inserts would be ready in 2 weeks and when I called 2 weeks later to see if they had come in, the girl said, "Oh they won't be ready for 6 - 8 weeks." I said, "But the dr. told me it would be ready in 2 weeks." The girl said, "Oh he doesn't know what he's talking about." I was in SO MUCH PAIN and I walked around in a lot of pain until I went to a guy who makes orthopedic shoes. I got the point that the 2 girls who work for him up front don't respect him at all. I wouldn't either if I worked for him.
