Teresa is a very nice lady. I have seen her off and on for a long while. Since seeing her my pre diabetes has reversed. Her approach is much different than others I have been too. She also is a mom and also likes to eat real food her self so it takes the sting out a little of eating healthy. She has even explained very clearly what happens to your body when you don't eat. And really made me think which is probably why I'm much healthier
