So I was visiting my brother to assist him with a project, and my lower back got tied up in knots to the point where I could barely move without significant pain. I did some searching and found Kristen, who was able to get me an appointment in 1 day. A 1 hr deep tissue message was what I needed, and Kristen was amazing. I have had this happen to me in the past, and Kristen got me back to feeling great in one day. In the past it has taken me 3 to 4 weeks to get back to where she got me in literally ONE DAY. Thank You. I felt so good, that 2 days after the treatment, I kite boarded for a few hours, then went mountain biking after. WOW. Kristen, keep doing what your are doing, truly amazing. Thanks again.

One of the best, if not the best, therapeutic massage I've received in a long time. Just the right amount of pressure and attentive to the areas identified as problem areas. Will definitely return.
