PAWS & CLAWS is the most terrible animal clinic I have ever taken my animals to. The Vet is very uncaring and the office manager is rude and vile. My recommendation is to take your pets to a more professional, experienced, up to date and reliable pet and people friendly clinic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME GOING TO TO PAWS AND CLAWS! I am speaking because of several very terrible and unethical experiences I have encountered at that Clinic.

This is the worst vet I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He was rude, rushed me through the appointment standing half way out the door as I was asking a few questions, and didn't even bother to answer them. The worst however, was being overcharged for the services. I was quoted a promotional price for being a new customer and then was charged four times as much. In addition, I specifically stated I only wanted one test done, and he ran and charged for a second test. When I tried to get him to return the overages, he just wanted to argue with me. He was rude, unprofessional and just not a nice person. He finally did tell me to bring my card back and he would give me the refund. However, upon arrival he only wanted to argue some more and then told me to leave his establishment while he still had my credit card, and he still never gave me a receipt to show how much he overcharged me! I have no idea how this guy is still in business. After further research, I found that this guy has many bad reviews with similar complaints. Lessoned learned! I regret having ever given Michael Sauers a chance and I would NEVER recommend.
