"Petitioner failed to supervise Resident #1 and Resident #2, according to their symptoms, needs, and care plans by leaving them unsupervised in a locked, turned off and extremely hot van for nineteen minutes which caused them harm and that necessitated hospitalization as a result of heat exposure.

"Respondent’s decision to summarily (immediately) suspend Petitioner’s license to operate Poplin Terrace was based on the “evidence of neglect and failure to protect residents from potential harm that presents an imminent danger to the health and safety of residents in the home.”

Beautiful home with professional staff that gives individualized care to each client. Residents are pampered daily, dressed, clean with make-up applied daily, well groomed, and hair intact. Meals are delicious, hot, and healthy. I am glad to be able to call Karizma home for my parents. Thanks for being here providing a much needed service. Looking for an intimate setting with lots of attention Karizma is your home.

The Karizma lives up to its name - a karizma. If you truly want loving, caring care for you or for your loved one, you will choose Karizma! Each room is "personally-decorated" and absolutely beautiful, with a lot of light and comfort. The staff is well-trained, but more importantly, they "care". The dignity of their residents is foremost. Karizma is exactly where you or your loved one wants to be.

Our family can't Thank you all enough for the wonderful care you gave our mother during her stay in your facility.If you are looking for a wholesome and compassionate facility for your loved one I recommend KIFCH. The staff is amazing with the residents and it is a home setting with a warm and caring staff.
