Heather was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. However, the results were disappointing. Heather performed BBL on me 4 years ago and I was very pleased which is why I selected it again. I requested for one specific capillary and one brown spot to removed and for some reason BBL did not work this time. I will probably try a different procedure going forward. Note - A dermatologist was able to completely eliminate broken capillaries with a laser in one sitting. The brown spots turned dark and after 7-10 days, the skin was very clear.
