I went to Dr. Lambetecchio with a really bad tooth ache. I arrived to a very rude front desk manager checking me in. I went ahead since the pain was unbearable. They had a nurse come in and clean my teeth which left me confused about that. But I continued to wait for the doctor. When Dr. Lambetecchio arrived she was very unprofessionally dressed in workout clothing. She took 5 mins looking in my mouth and began to make a list of outrageous findings. She stated I had bone loss, all my back teeth needed to be crowned, I had several cavities, and i would need several crowns. She actually stated in front of me "I hit a Jackpot" and walked out. Then she asked the assistant to take x-rays. I been going to my previous dentist every 6 months and had to change due to us moving. That's what made me question her so call findings. But the toothache just occurred so I decided to try to give Dr. Lambetecchio a try. So sad when a dentist looks more for her pocket book then her patients well being. Well unfortunately she couldn't do anything for my toothache and sent me to a specialist. Just so happened it was a close practice to her own office.I figure they were trying to milk my insurance. I went ahead and got a second opinion from Dr, Park, who in 1 visit found the problem and fixed it. And gave me a full exam and found all of her medical findings to be false. When I did return to Dr. Lambetecchio office to retrieve my x rays she was very upset with me and walked away when I tried to speak to her. Her very rude office manager stated they did not have to give me my x-rays. It actually took me contacting my lawyer (friend) and having him give me advise on how to handle this manner. When I called back to let Dr. Lambetecchio know I had rights, Her very rude office manager barked at me If i call again they would call the police. This was the 3rd call. I explained to her I would let my attorney contact her. The next day in my mail. Dr. Lambetecchio sent my original x-rays crumbled up with a very nasty note from her self. I can not release the enclosure of that letter due to my lawyers request. Just to say Dr. Lambetecchio I hope you find your happiness hurting your unexpecting patients. You are milking insurances and should not be a dentist. It is very unsettling knowing a person like you is in our medical field. And for those who are her patience be aware. Get a 2nd opinion and you will save your health and your insurance.Remember she been doing this for years So really check your health with a real dentist. Do not be deceived by this wolf in sheep clothing.
