Clinical staff is extremely helpful and nice...the front desk/reception area workers are less than friendly... I wonder how they actually got the job.

Dr. Nayak is extremely busy so I had waited several months for my appointment and I am so glad I waited for his expertise. I had been made suggestions at another place that he disagreed with. What he ended up suggestion left me looking younger and well rested, not fake and swollen. He has a calming energy about him and explained everything so I was very relaxed. His cannula technique, which is virtually painless, left me bruise free. I am normally a terrible bruiser. I would suggest seeing him to anyone. Especially if you are like me and know you need a little 'freshening up' but do not want to look overdone and are not really sure where to start. My husband, who has been with me 20 years was impressed by the fact that I did not look different from myself, I just looked healthier and yes, younger. I could not be happier.

The staff is outstanding. They always greet you by name, answer any questions and have a smile on their face. Crystal is exceptional and goes above and beyond expectations. Dr. Nayak is phenomenal as far as his expertise, but can run on the 'moody' side periodically.

I was very impressed with Dr. Nayak from the very first consult. It was as though I was his only patient, in the time that he and my surgical consultant, Erin, took to explain the procedure I was considering. If there was a 100, on the rating chart, that is what I would give, instead of 10. I am highly recommending him to friends and family.

I love Dr. Nayak and his office staff. The office itself is clean and pleasant. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I am a busy real estate agent and I sometimes have to reschedule my appointments at the last minute and they are never rude or act irritated even though I am sure this is an inconvenience for them. I really appreciate the fact that they understand my hectic career! Raquel and Lucy are the best and I love coming to see them!
