Minus the small bump trying to figure out how to ring out the laser hair promotion, the entire appointment was smooth from beginning to end. I have always had great experiences with Britlynn and also enjoyed the lady who did my laser hair removal.

Kim is conservative in her approach to give clients a refreshed look rather an 'over filled'appearance. I am disappointed in the appearance and behavior of some of the ancillary staff. One in particular is Cam or Sam. She has a grumpy look and appears like she rolled out of bed and took no effort to look professional. After all, professional appearance should be a priority at a plastic surgeon's office/spa.

Dr. Nayak is awesome. But my facial was NOT a good experience. My face was raw and uncomfortable for 3 days afterward. Felt 'razor-burned' and irritated. My neck was a mess. I spent the weekend slatered in Aquaphor. I have been getting facials for 30+ years, and I can honestly say it's the worst experience I have ever had. (I took pics and started to send them, but decided to just forget about it.).
