I was referred to Nature & Science and Dr. Nikodemas McNulty, ND by my amazing nutritionist for vitamin IV's as a part of my pre-conception plan. I had a great experience with everything from discussing my needs with Dr McNulty, based on my blood tests, to being very well taken care of by his very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The ambiance is professional, calm and relaxing and I look forward to coming for my IV's (now post partum) every time :)
I highly recommend Nature and Sience for their vitamin IV's.

IV therapy is the answer to many illnesses and deficiencies. Prior to my diagnosis, I was unaware. Of course because the allopathic society doesn't want it getting out there. Take advantage of this natural and safe therapy with Dr McNulty!

This team is first class, knowledgeable and has made a life changing difference to me. Traditional medicine has left me with out hope. Nature & Science Medicine has given me treatments, hope and help to keep me moving into health. Dr McNulty takes so much time to work with my specific health issues and treats me like a family member. What an amazing clinic! I’ve been coming here for a while and have been met with the kindest, friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of Doctors in San Diego! Their team is always ready to answer any question with patience and understanding from the moment you walk through the front doors. Their custom made health plan is conducive to each individual personally. A clinic that truly cares about each patient and makes everyone feel special. I’ve seen a significant increase in my health due to the knowledge of each individual doctor as well as their medical network and access to the latest and innovative medicine. Since coming here I am on my road to healing!!! I give it 5 stars!!!

I was diagnosed with late stage cancer in May of this year and was told that I would most likely continue with chemo for the rest of my life. My last scans showed that my tumors were stable using standard chemo. I started treatments with Dr. McNulty in late October and my most recent scans showed a significant improvement. My side effects under chemo are also under control and I am able enjoy my life.

Dr. McNulty was very attentive during my initial consultation with him. Though I don't have any major health issues, I do struggle with cystic acne, fatigue, and anxiety. I prefer natural remedies versus traditional medicine, so I was excited to see if he could help me.

I immediately found Dr. McNulty to be incredibly knowledgeable. He was very comprehensive in his questions and health analysis. Not only did he prescribe supplements to help my issues (Liver detox, GI detox, and natural anxiety supplements), but he also recommended a custom Myer's Cocktail IV to help with my overall health and energy.

I had never gotten any type of IV therapy before and wasn't entirely sure what to expect. His office is very tranquil. My friend and I were taken into a very relaxing room, given tea and sat in the comfortable recliners. His assistant took our vitals and then Dr. McNulty administered the IVs perfectly.

The IV was custom created with specific vitamins that he determined I needed during our health assessment. The IV drip takes about 45 minutes to an hour to be administered. Half way through he did a glutathione push, which is a powerful antioxidant that has numerous health benefits I can't remember, but I believe it helps with fatigue and acne.

Afterwards, I did feel a bit tired, which is common with IV therapy. But after the first day, I felt great. My energy levels were increased and my mind felt as if I had more clarity. I will continue to do the IV therapy every month or so and am excited to continue to feel great!
