My first and only visit to this compassionate, thoughtful practice was for the euthanasia of my beloved 12 year old companion, Maya. We moved to Maryland to be near family 3 weeks ago. Maya had been diagnosed with several cancers and was near end of life. It just came faster than expected, I hadn't even chosen a new vet. I called another local practice and was treated so harshly, I didn't feel comfortable bringing her to help pass over. When I called Carrolltown, the receptionist was so understanding, then later that day when I brought her in, every single person was beyond kind and understanding. I highly recommend this practice and will bring my future companions there.
