On 7/18/23 I posted a review on Yelp under Sue C. San Francisco, CA. I live in Middletown,Indiana. I don't as a rule post comments as I have done on Yelp. My crusade is to bring to the forefront; the incompetence and failure to successfully do a simple spay surgery on my beloved pet Labrador Retriever,Ginger, that was unequivocally proven by his being forced, not by his choice, into doing a 2nd exploratory surgery that found he had failed to "tie up" suture, to close the ends of the right and left Uterine Stumps, that were instead left open to bleed freely into Ginger's abdomen. Dr. Aaron Smiley's incompetence, his careless negligence, his failure can only be attributed to his being impaired and he should not have been doing surgeries on 6/27/23. To add insult to injury, Never was I told of Ginger's dire, critical condition, and why she was allowed to slip into hypovolemia, hypovolemic shock that damaged her life systems and did ultimately rob her of; killed her.
