This doctor shouldn't be in pediatrics. I was 15min late for my daughters appointment. I waited in line for 5 minutes to check in for my appointment so that made me 20 minutes late then to be told she would not see my 4year old daughter. Then I was told that I could wait and maybe she could see my daughter if her next appointment didn't show up. Now after waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes then going back to a room and waiting another 20 minutes I go out to the front desk to ask for the office managers phone number I was told the doctor was "back there looking for me" I go back only to be told by the doctor she couldn't see my daughter because she had a conference call and she was working thru her lunch.. Now my 4year is asking why she wasn't seen by anyone and why she still has to wear this boot on her foot. This lady had no compassion for my child and penalized my daughter because I was late. I have been in the CHOP system and have waited long periods of time to see doctors and that is OK her time must be of more value than my time. Well their are plenty of pediatric orthopaedic doctors around the area and I will be sure to find one that has compassion for kids because I wouldn't bring my dying dog to see this lady. And maybe they should have a more expediting check in process if they are so time constricted with there appointments
