I am never disappointed with my procedure but I would wonder if the staff receives communication training. I do not always get consistent feeling of welcome and that I matter and am important. Sometime important enough to remember my name. I always pay attention to that in all the practitioners. And with all the competition it really does come down to a relationship and how you feel about the person delivering.

I had IPL on three areas and am pleased with result. Although this is an uncomfortable procedure your technician made me feel relaxed and she is very friendly. Feel she is very competent in her job and I had no worries. Have recommended Nayak to others and will continue to do so. I love that you do monthly specials too.

I had IPL with Emily. I know it will take at least another treatment to see the brown spots gone. It is only the day after my 2nd treatment so I cannot report on my spots gone. They are lighter from the first treatment. Emily is so knowledgeable and friendly and explains everything to ne.

I had micro needling. I like my nurse Elizabeth and love that she is an actual RN, she is both knowledgeable professional and also friendly. The procedure is very expensive so I was hoping for more bang for the buck as I saw minimal improvement after first treatment. I hope to see better results With round two. If I do not I may not continue. I also brought products that were recommended but my initial consult technician. I like the cream but saw no Benefit from the skinceuticals h a intensifier.
