Emily was awesome! This was my 2nd IPL. The only feedback I would give is that no one really warmed me about the sweeping and inflammation that would happen to my face. I was prepared the 2nd but it would have been nice to know the first time. Additionally I wasn't given any ice packs after the first one. I love the results though! Amazing.

This was my first experience with any type of Botox or Dysport. I was not really sure what to expect, however I know I wanted it to look natural and not be 'frozen'. I am OVER THE MOON with the results! My face looks so natural and my lines are so much softer after having Dysport in my 11's. Elizabeth was so knowledgeable and supportive! #lifechanging #whydidntidothissooner.

Best to meet NP first to decide what we are doing for sure and then the gal who applies numbing cream. Sometimes you just want to consult first!! Second, if you must play music, play spa style, something calming...not heavy bass, gym or clubbing music. I find it anxiety producing when you are getting needles in your face. It is a spa after all...calming and peaceful!! Staff is wonderful and very experienced. Also, could you please go back to male and female bathrooms. I am not PC and want a clean bathroom. Sorry, but not all men are clean and I do not appreciated what I find when I use a bathroom after a man...just saying..if you have boys you will know what I mean. This is not starbucks...and BTW their bathrooms are disgusting...even gas stations have seperate male and female facilities. PLEASE...sorry for the rant..a pet peeve of mine after years of cleaning bathrooms, floors ect...get the drift.

I received a very good professional treatment . I was a bit concerned initially because my appointment started approx 15 -20minutes late and I thought she might want to rush the treatment. However, I do not feel like she rushed through it at all and I left feeling as if I had excellent care.

My recent appt with Avani Derm Spa could not have been any better! Very polite and caring from the minute I walked in the door until I walked out. It was a 3 hour drive for me and will definitely make the trip again when the time comes! I am beyond happy with the outcome of my visit...Thank you so much Racquel Frisella!
