The oath: "… I will, according to my ability and judgment, prescribe a regimen for the health of the sick; but I will utterly reject harm and mischiefs …" is popularly known as "First do no harm”. Aside from that obvious advice, an efficient physician should also always treat the patient with respect.
People often avoid doctor visits as much as possible. In my case, I always look forward to an appointment with you Bob. It is always a pleasure to be treated with the highest standards and professionalism you always provide tempered with a good old dose of understanding.
Your willingness to visit and treat Leona at our home when she was unable to travel to your office was a remarkable action which my daughters and I often speak about.
