We brought our son 17 year old son in with injury to his ankle from chainsaw. He was in misery for one and a half hours before they finally numbed it to stitch it and it was not completely numb! They said it was a "laceration" so could not give him anything for pain and my ER nurse friends who got him stable before going said it was a "TRAUMA" not a laceration!!! They basically tortured him for over an hour cleaning the wound while I watched his heart rate go up to almost 200 and O2 sats go down to 70. We will be filing grievances with this facility and NO ONE should go here that has any serious medical situations or in great pain!!!
