Although I have known several people whose pain had been relieved with acupuncture treatments, this was my first experience. My arthritis pain was not removed completely but it was definitely dulled, and I rated it half as bad after the treatment as before. If additional, residual benefits occur, I will be even happier to have done this. Chris finished the treatment with a neck/shoulder massage that also made a huge improvement in my comfort level. I recommend trying this for chronic pain.
