Therapists are good but the business practices are horrendous. NO one answers the phone at ANY of the facilities or departments (including the authorized contact for business complaints), or at least rarely and leaving voice mails does absolutely nothing. I don't know how they stay in business based on their business practices, or lack thereof quite frankly. The only reason they exist in my small town is there is no other PT within 50 miles...and that tells you a lot. In addition, since our facility has a gym as well as the therapy, they violate your HIPA rights just giving therapy as the whole place is wide open and everyone can see what they and you are doing, and saying during your visit. As with any small town, everyone knows everyone else's business so there is no privacy when they address your medical needs in this business which I am quite sure nullifies my legal rights under HIPPA for privacy. What privacy? There should be a clear demarcation of PT from the gym usage to ensure patient privacy and comfort.
