Be careful of the way they conduct business. They tell you their charges are covered by insurance and then bill you an amount that is crazy high. They never disclosed what the billable rate would be. I had the Occupational therapist come to my house. after a 10 minute review, he said I don't need the service. They billed $530 for this visit. I called and talked to their billing person who was so RUDE! They said pay or they will turn over to collections. They won't even discuss how they arrive at their rates.
