Poorly organized and clear lack of concern for a patients time. I had a 10:30 appointment to see Dr Zweibach. I got there at 10:20 and they drew my blood. At 11:35 I went to the desk to tell them I could not wait any longer and that I thought it was ridiculous to have patients waiting hours and get no information about why. They then took me back to put me in an exam room but there was not one available. Then they said I would have to wait in the back waiting room until an exam room opened and my “provider” could see me. It was then I was informed that I would be seeing a PA and not the doctor but they did not know how long it would be. I decided to leave and try for a different appointment. Why make appointments if you lack the ability to follow through. Why not tell a patient at check-in that it will be an hour or two wait so we can leave and come back later. Very poorly organized and horrible communication.
