I was told to show up one hour before my appointment. The place is located in the ghetto. It looked like a roach motel. There was nowhere to park and a line of people around the building. I went inside and there was one person ahead of me (or so I thought) when a few more people came in I told them the line was behind me. The lady behind the desk said the line was outside ( the one around the building) so, I arrived on time one hour early and it was obvious that I was not going to make it for my appointment. I felt like I needed to be armed with a weapon just being in the area. I left and called my lawyer. I was sent to that hole in the wall for a worker's comp case by the loser defense attorney. It figures. I can only imagine how much worse it was inside the patient rooms after seeing the atmosphere just to check in. This is NOT the place to go for decent health care. Find another place. I should've taken pictures. I felt totally unsafe there.

UPDATE. After leaving this review I was called 3 times by this practice. When I answered on the 3rd call I was verbally attacked and threatened by a man named Jeff from Healthpointe. I was spot on about this

I was spot on about this place being nasty. Using a patients information to call and harrass them is ILLEGAL and the judge will be notified. Perfect example of why someone should AVOID this place. I have a screen shot of the date and number of times I was called. When I asked the guy to repeat his name he told me, "It's none of your fcking business". But I already noted his name when he called. Nice place huh! I'm soooo glad that I left. Because my information from my medical records was used to contact, threaten and harrass me. Filing a police report.
