My husband was a patient of Dr. Rezaks when we lived in Libertyville Il. He was first diagnosed with PD in about 1997, has had the disease for over 20 years. He has been pretty successful managing it and we feel he owes it to the expertise and care from Dr. Rezak. We live in Dallas now but we miss Dr. Rezak. No one could ever replace him.
