Just awful. Startlingly awful. She was the exact opposite of everything you would hope for in a pediatrician.
She was cold with both the parents and the baby.
She was accusatory at every single turn, even though we're actually pretty much hitting all the marks of recommended practices.
She gave some good advice which we appreciate and will take for what it is worth, but also some advice that was just plain wrong.
She also rushed through the visit, even though we were the first appointment of the day and the waiting room was empty.
We changed to a new pediatrician the next day and it was so starkly different - warm, reassuring, very well-informed.
We have historically gotten great care at Stony Brook and the front desk/nurses at this office were still all great. The doctor, however, was exceptionally bad.
