Five stars are for Dr. Fazeli only. My wife and I each had appointments with Dr. Fazeli scheduled for 03/30/19 after I had been her patient twice before. She impressed me with her honesty and professionalism. What a disappointment to be advised she no longer practiced at the Arcadia location after having scheduled a mere three weeks prior and stressing that she was the only dentist we wanted to be treated by during the conversation. Upon arrival for the appointments the office staff all acted as if it was no big deal and maybe advised by upper management to act as if no big deal for all I know. I have nothing bad to say about her replacement however we should have been advised with the opportunity in order to cancel and avoid the drive as there are several other dentists closer to us in the Scottsdale area that would also have been a first visit as this seemed. Having seen several other local dentists on our insurance plan we were completely unimpressed with over the eight years in the Phoenix area so yes, it is a big deal to not be advised after having stressed only to schedule with her.
