Visited this provider in Jacksonville, FL in January 2024. I will not be returning to this provider. She prescribed a medication in May 2024 that I had an allergic reaction to and when I notified her office of the swelling in my throat and lymph nodes in my neck her response was " discontinue the medication and when the symptoms go away start the medication again".

Why would I start taking something that started swelling?

She also made the statement that there was nothing else she could prescribe for my condition... which was high cholesterol. I also had a problem with being billed for my first visit (which was my annual physical and covered by my insurance) The insurance said i should not have a co-pay for that visit and they billed me anyway. So I changed my primary care to another doctor outside of UF Health. I do not recommend this doctor or the office on Crystal Springs Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32221
