Signs all over the office asking patients to be understanding that they are short staffed so if you can’t wait they will be happy to reschedule. So we were disappointed that since they know they are going to be late, they don’t book accordingly. In one of the many reminders there could have been a message stating that the wait times will be long, so that we could decide if we wanted to reschedule.
Wait time was excessive. I think you overbook patients. I saw that you even took a woman who didn't have an appointment. That's totally unfair to those who schedule appointments well in advance. After I was finally called, things went well. I was treated very courteously and both Dr. Valdez's assistant and the doctor himself were very professional and thorough. They listened to my comments and were very helpful. Also. the Just For Eyes Optical Boutique person was very courteous and helpful.
