I was a new patient of Dr Lamia Gabal-Shebab. On my 3rd appointment, I was scheduled to have a Biopsy. I was told by a staff member in the hallway the TECH has a problem and concerns with you. I ask to speak to the doctor I was told to wait in the lobby. I was embarrassed and angry. In the end, I left the office ask the doctor to call me. I was referred by my Doctor. Later I call back the office was told I could schedule a telehealth phone appointment to talk to the doctor.
