I am very fortunate to have been told about the Ear and Balance Institute. I am so grateful for the people who came into my life to get me to his clinic. Dr. Gianoli and his staff are amazing! The staff are very courteous and understanding. You will feel taken care of and understood. Testing results and Dr. Gianoli's knowledge were able to fill in the blanks and explain my symptoms better than I could have explained. I see light at the end of the tunnel. I am excited to implement changes and have answers. I will be recommending Dr. GIanoli to anyone and everyone! I do not have the words to explain the joy and relief to have answers, right now. If there was ever a review to help someone off the fence (to travel), this is it. Thank you Ear and Balance Institute! (3

The staff is extremely helpful and patient. I came here at a difficult time (an impending death of a family member, unexpected divorce, etc.), so I was less than put together. The staff was very kind and understanding. Dr. Gianoli is caring, knowledgable, and patient. He answered all of my questions.

The staff at the Ear and Balance Institute is superb. Everyone is extremely thorough, patient, and personable. I have been in and out of doctors office's trying to figure out why I have had vertigo and a host of other symptoms for nearly a year. I am not a mystery to Dr. Gianoli and I am finally on the right path to healing and getting my life back. A special thank you to him for taking a significant amount of time to explain everything to me in detail. He made me feel like I was his only patient.

Dr. Gianoli is superb his testing is top notch. Staff very easy to reach and helpful. If having any issues with ear, balance, vertigo etc would highly recommend Dr. Gianoli to find the problem and solution.
