Dr Kankam is great but his back office staff is horrible. They are rude and unprofessional, The Office Supervisor is disorganized and lacks the skills and knowledge how to run a medical office. It is obvious that the office supervisor creates a hostile work inviorment for her employees. My appointment was changed three times. And I should have been seen seven days after hospitalization per Insure and Medicare rules this did not happen.
