Not all the info was filled out to get my meds, but Katie help me over the phone and we finished the required paper work. The staff was very friendly and helped where they could. Katie was a big help

Dr Dakwa is great. The front office staff has very little customer service training. Very undesirable... First of all I walked in the door and was shouted to get outside. How they think waiting outside and bring one person in at a time is gonna cut down on Covid is beyond me...And then when I presented my check for payment the girl at the desk asked me what it was for. Um, if you do not know why I am submitting a payment, then why are you texting me to pay. I understand the clinic would like to have the minority, however they definitely NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. They treat you as bad as the people at Walmart, which is not GOOD!
