Doctors are great. Staff scheduling is great. Appointments are always on time and there is no wait. Staff as related to prescription refills/service, TERRIBLE. They are 100% unreliable when it comes to calling for a prescription refill. 8/10 times, they are 2-3 days late processing the request, even if I call in 3-4 days in advance. I can never reach anyone on the phone, and I have to play this highly annoying game of wondering / babysitting them because I never know if they actually phoned in the prescription. It shouldn't be a monthly struggle to get prescriptions filled, i shouldn't have to continuously annoy, bug, and push to get a prescription filled usually at best 1-2 days late. I don't have time for it, and I am sure they could do without the calls and visits as well. I will be leaving this practice as a result.
