I spent over $15,000 dollars last year as I was a new client. i was told I had to have deep cleaning because I had "periodontal disease". Expensive treatment followed of which I completed. (I knew I needed a tooth pulled and a tooth implant.) I then was told I needed 3 crowns and old fillings replaced. My insurance only covered regular cleaning and yearly x rays. One of my 3 crowns could not be removed when fitted and it is loose and still causes pain with biting. I returned due to the pain and they could still not remove it and it is still causing pain. The final thing was when I asked to schedule a regular cleaning, not a deep clean which insurance does not cover and I was told no dentist will just do a regular cleaning if I was diagnosed with peridontal disease. I am leaving this practice as my husband just scheduled a regular cleaning with a new dentist and I will due the same..
