First Dr. Dorsey is a very meticulous MD, and very caring when it comes to patient diagnosis. i am very happy with his diagnosis and the treatments. The issue is the staff, trying to have someone to you back is almost next to impossible, it takes an average of 5 days to get a callback. on one occasion I had to drive an hour plus to the office just to solve an issue that could be handled on the phone, but the office manager handled it with care and a touch of class. lately, I have been waiting on a call regarding MRI, which was a month ago, and I am dealing with a serious health issue. how come there is no rating below one star?
