Doctors are good. Staff and the see-you-in-Toledo office manager are another story. After getting an eye infection from the expensive exam machine that wasn't sterilized before I stuck my eye into it, the office manager wouldn't abide my seeing a doctor for an antibiotic prescription without reproducing the insurance card they used 14 hours earlier when they gave me the infection. I suspect that if the doctors knew how she was handling the situation, she'd be a Walmart employee now. Has there been a new office manager hired there within the last 24 months, so I can consider returning as a patient?
