Have had Dr PASSERMAN for several years. Recently had requested a refill on one of my meds. Had called on a Tuesday and did not get a call back so by Thursday I called again and asked the person what was the status of my request. She said it had been submitted to Dr PASSERMAN and was waiting on his approval. So again I called on Friday and received a rude response saying I just answer the phone and don’t have any idea when my refill request will be done. So comes the following Tuesday nothing yet so I left a firm message with his Dwight office stating my previous issues with the Braidwood office and would like for someone to get my prescription refill done as the Braidwood office FAILED. I am currently looking into changing doctors as this lack of follow up on a prescription request is unacceptable

Extremely great Dr. who listens to all and any questions you have an gives many options when needed. He takes his time listening an does not not make u feel rushed in any way. He has more than one office which gives ppl more access options! The office nurses an all employees are very caring an helpful. A great choice for your health care issues.
