this doctor in which i have never seen or she has never seen me added medical history to my chart which was totally made up history of stuff that was given to me and services that had never beeen done and when i inquired about false information the first note was replaced with a shorter version which was still inaccurate false information. if this is how she practices medicine i would never recommend her.
