No, just no. This practice is hyper-focused on volume, and there is no time allowed for any follow-up, discussion, or care planning. The staff is rude and dismissive. Truly, the worst I have worked with. The office manager was untruthful about following up with me, and they just don't have the time to schedule visits outside of their conveyor belt of procedures. I don't think they like patients all that much. I was disconnected or transferred to some random department at least four times on one particular day, each time waiting on hold for at least ten minutes, before starting the process over again. Stanford won't allow you to change providers, so you are stuck in a doom loop and can't do much of anything except leave Stanford once you get stuck with Dr. Zhang's team. It is the worst kind of nightmare. I get long waits for appts these days (it's The New Normal), but they also need to consider follow-up with patients when it is needed.
