They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I am currently trying to find a new doctor. I just don't think he is up to date on things. Seems that his nurse understands and knows more than he does at times. The older lady at the counter is not nice in person or on the phone. She is at times rude. When the doctor does come in it seems like he is not listening to me. Seems like he just hands you a script and sends you on your way. There is no real communication going on with him. Like I said the nurse acts more like the doctor than he does. He is fine to go to if you have the flu or a common cold any thing more than that I am not sure of. I have been going to him for a while now and I think it is time to start looking for a new doctor.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
