I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
