While Dr. Schlecker is a great doctor, the staff at the Clifton office is horrible. Totally uncaring and rude. I agree with another reviewer who said that one of the staff must have written a review. If you have ever been to this office, you know they NEVER run on time. Totally overbooked. I have been going to this doctor for several years and have never been seen at my appointed time. Be prepared to wait for a long time.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Furthermore, I think the other positive reviews are from staff members. I should have taken it as a sign when they messed my appointment up 4 times. That was just the beginning.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I waited forever for my appointment!

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
