Actually, Dr Nemani has been the the best person and doctor i met when I got suicidal after my divorce and i am bipolar. He managed to ween me off several medications and now because of what he consoled me in our appointments, i am med free, no thoughts of harm to myself whatsoever, even after my loss of my father after i stopped seeing him. I actually started getting into the best shape of my older life now because of i keep hearing the words he told me after i committed myself into the psychology ward for the suicidal thoughts that brought him into my life. He gave me the best thing i needed at that time, a verbal, lack of better words, "bitchslap". I would recommend him to anyone. He doesn't push pills, but wants people to live pill free. And i owe a much better quality of life to him

Dr Nemani showed absolutely no interest in my sobriety. Sometimes I would go to appointments and he would have the prescription waiting for me (and would then kick me out). He constantly confused me with other patients (which makes me question his adherence to dr-patient confidentiality). His wife was much worse. She would scold me any time there was a problem. Thankfully I was able to transfer to Dr. Nichols practice. Dr. Nemani's office treated me like a criminal; I would never go back.
