Dr. Gross used is affiliate to determine what was best needed for me. Dr.Gross didn't see me personally, he acted as the mysterious and shady man in control. The communication between the affiliate and Dr. Gross was poor and since Dr. Gross is the only one able to write prescriptions, I didn't get the dosage amounts I drastically needed to get me through the day.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Before they recommended a treatment plan for me, they looked into my medical history a little, but I still didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding. I was uncomfortable starting treatment when they didn't know where I was coming from. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest.
